The Chapel is our premiere meeting space that can hold the largest groups. During the fall, winter, and spring there are 3 breakout rooms connected to the main meeting room. During the summer, one of those rooms is used as the Program Office.

During the summer, the Lodge is used for small group sessions, and the Lodge Rooms are used for staff housing. In the fall, winter, or spring, the Lodge is used for meeting space and lodging for retreat groups.

During the summer, the Nicolet is used for a meeting room, and the upstairs rooms are used for staff housing. In the fall, winter, or spring, the Nicolet is also used for meeting space, while the upstairs rooms serve as camper housing. The Nicolet also contains one bathroom.

The Cove is the newest meeting room at Silver Birch Ranch. It serves multiple purposes, including Nicolet Bible Institute classes, weekend retreat meeting space, and extra dining space.

The Fireside Room is one of our newest meeting rooms here at SBR. It is located in the lower level of the Canteen. During the summer months it is used as a Summer Staff meeting room, and as a meeting room for camper seminars.
