Summer Staff

Dear Potential Summer Staff Member,

Greetings from the northwoods of Wisconsin. We are delighted to hear of your interest in the Summer Staff Program. We are asking God to supply college-age adults to help make a difference in our country's youth and families through the tool of Christian Camping. We are anticipating a mighty work of God this summer and would be pleased to have you consider this unique opportunity.

The Summer Staff Program is divided in to two groups, the TEL (Training Emerging Leaders) and the CORE groups. The members of each group are placed there based on time served at Silver Birch Ranch. Each group focuses on how to best aid those in the group to take the next step in their spiritual journey. Each group will have separate meetings, as well as combined meetings, through out the summer.

In order to take advantage of this exciting opportunity, please do the following:

• Complete and return the Summer Staff Application
• Have your pastor fill out the Pastor’s Reference and mail it to our office
• Read and sign the Summer Volunteer Covanant
• Complete and return the Health Form / Medical Release
