Specialty Breakfasts

We have a tradition of preparing Specialty Breakfasts for you, in addition to the breakfast provided in the Dining Hall. This year we will offer the following:

Buckboard Breakfast - The buckboard wagon will take you down Sawyer Lake Road, into the Nicolet National Forest, and finally to Split Oak, our breakfast site. Here you will find hearty scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and pan-fried toast, prepared over an open fire by one of our wranglers.

Loggers’ Breakfast - Let us serve you as you start your morning out right. Premium blueberries carefully blended into fluffy pancakes are served with sausage, juice, and coffee at this wooded site near the water’s edge.
